I have been thinking about how I can create a canopy for the station that allows in large amounts of natural light, does not interfere with the new terminal's design in any way, and does not overshadow the design of the terminal, and creates a interesting user experience, whilst protecting the passengers from the elements. I also, as mentioned previously, want to keep the rail entrance end of the station open to create a panoramic view of Canberra, introducing the passengers to the city.
