Week 2 Tutorial – Mobile

Macquarie Dictionary definition
Mobile:
·         Movable; moving readily
·         Changing easily in expression, as features
·         Quickly responding to impulses
·         A construction or sculpture of delicately balanced movable parts(metal or wood etc.) which describe rhythmic patterns through their motion
It is pretty obvious where my mind goes to when I think “mobile”. Immediately, I think of cars, boats, trucks, trains etc. I think of anything movable, or something that can be made to move.

What if Australia developed an underground tube system that is similar to that of a pneumatic tube system that can be found within Parliament House. The system can run underground and can distribute pods which can transport Politicians to cities or towns where they instead of flying around all the time. Different pods can be designed to house different resources and “office” type layouts for whatever needs the people they are visiting might have. These pods will use less natural resources, and will be more efficient to travel to smaller towns and less populated parts of Australia.
