The discussion of sci-fi movies continued this week and led to a large amount of ideas incorporating the Bat symbol. We also discussed social networks and how they could be changed to assist us more.
What if the countries of the world, or even just the cities of the world used a method similar to the bat symbol in Batman to inform people of what was happening? In emergencies, they could warn everyone, not just people with television sets and radios and who buy newspapers that they need to evacuate, or that a storm is coming, or that they need to vote etc. This would be a much more efficient way of reaching people especially those who live on the streets and do not have money for luxury. It could also be a way of recreating the “Amber alert” system that is used in America when a child goes missing. It could be utilised immediately and seen by anyone who looks into the air.
